1. Acceptance

By using quietly.handled (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What we provide

We provide IT management, security assessments, infrastructure monitoring, and related advisory services. The free assessment and security check are informational and do not constitute a guarantee of security or a contractual engagement.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must own or be authorized to scan any domain or system you submit.
• You will not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to scan third parties without consent.
• You are responsible for your own backups and for acting on any recommendations we provide.

4. Payments

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once the service period has begun.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, quietly.handled is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for security incidents arising from factors outside our engagement scope.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which quietly.handled operates. Disputes are resolved through that jurisdiction's courts.
