quietly.handled ("we", "us") provides managed IT services, security checks, and infrastructure monitoring for small businesses and solo professionals. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.

2. What we collect

• Contact details you submit via the contact form or assessment (email address, and any message you choose to send).
• Assessment answers you provide through the self-assessment tool, used to recommend a service.
• Security-check inputs: the domain or configuration you ask us to scan. We do not store scanned credentials or secrets.
• Technical logs: standard server logs (IP address, request time, user-agent) retained briefly for security and debugging.

3. How we use it

• To deliver the service you requested (security report, monitoring, reply to your message).
• To send transactional emails about your request (via our email provider, Resend).
• To improve and secure the service.

4. Third parties

We use a small set of processors: Resend (email delivery), Railway (hosting and database), and Stripe (payments, if you purchase). Each acts only on our instructions and under a data-processing agreement. We do not sell your data.

5. Data retention

Lead and assessment records are kept for the duration of our business relationship and a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@quietly.handled.
